Not had parmigiano this good since we left Italy. Fantastic price for such a quality strong flavour cheese. Although soft this has the expected gritty texture with fruit and nutty flavours. Makes an unbelievable risotto! Been buying this for well over 6 weeks now and need to buy more! Great find Simply Veg!
