Refund Policy

We operate a three tiered business, that requires fresh produce daily. However, we are dealing with nature, and sometimes produce isn't up to its usual quality. Should you receive an item that is mouldy / damaged please :

1. tell us within 24 hours of you receiving your delivery. 

2. contact us, with the title "Refund" in the subject box, and email - for a refund. 

3. Ideally we ask for a photo of the product, as we can submit to our produce supplier. 

4. Please note we do not collect goods, but will issue a refund within 3 working days.
